Kartik Sawhney, one of our co-founders, is born visually impaired and was denied a chance to study at the top tech university in India due to his disability. However, with support from a mentor and community, he got into Stanford on a full-scholarship. He has since gone on to work with IBM, Uber, Microsoft, the UN and is now a full-time software engineer.
