What do you mean by ‘disability’?

We follow the ADA definition: "A person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activity. This includes people who have a record of such an impairment, even if they do not currently have a disability."

Do you only allow people with specific disabilities?

No, we welcome people with all kinds of disabilities. This includes, but is not limited to, physical, chronic, mental health, learning, neurological disabilities, etc.

What does your talent pool look like?

We provide 100% free job-preparation & career mentorship for people with disabilities in tech. We reach talent via relationships with 50+ universities, national disability non-profits, and online media.

Is there a cost to join the community?

No, this community is 100% free for people with disabilities to join and be a part of.

Do we need a special hiring process?

No. We’d like our partner employers to be open to providing reasonable accommodations. We’re referring top technical talent that has been overlooked by most other employers — we don’t except any special treatment for our talent.
